N'Daiye with a 200 yard run as fast as he could and Ruddy saw him and got the ball to him, got it over at full stretch to Douglas but is no good. Just a great chance for 3 there.

Biggest compliment I can give the team and management is that no one ever seems confused as to what they are meant to do. Everyone has a role and they know exactly how they fit.

Sometimes I find myself wishing we played with three in midfield but our current shape puts players in almost always the right position to win the second balls that in the past couple of years we'd lose out on.

It is a privilege to watch us at the moment.

Some of those combinations, moves off the ball, hunger to win the ball back...fucking phenomenal. This is a special young side playing great football, and you can still see room for improvement with some personnel too. We're going to toy with this league all season long.
