Wolves v West Ham - Tue 1st April 7:45pm: Build Up & Match Thread

Once we mathematically can't go down then I'd like to see Djiga and Lima, plus Rodrigo played regularly to try and bed them in, as Tony said above.

If you're talking mathematically then it probably won't be until the last 3 games of the season, at which point it doesn't make any difference

Things would have to really go our way and we'd need to get a surprise result in there, but they aren't completely uncatchable. Unless they beat us tomorrow.
Over the last 6 games we've got 10 and they've got 7.

We'd need to beat them to stand any chance but it's not beyond the realms of possibility

I'd agree normally; but we aren't catching 16th.
Oh, I agree. But if we get a couple of good results, then beat Spurs we could, could go above them as well. They'd need to lose their next 2, we'd have to beat West Ham and Ipswich, then beat them. Unlikely. Not impossible.

Win tomorrow and again against Ipswich, who are very poor, and a Bournemouth victory against WH at the weekend sees us just 2 points behind them. By no means likely but certainly possible.

Everton play the top 5 in their next five games. Not saying we’ll catch them but they’re unlikely to be pulling further away.

All of this speculation is based on us performing a heck of a lot better than we have for the majority of the season, including our form under VP.

Be careful what you wish for

*Proudlock was good enough for where we were but was a fucking idiot when he was young. Mulligan is only there because I never tire of seeing his appalling haircut
Hoping for another once in a generation Robbie Keane.
