Wolves v Ipswich Town - Matchday Thread

Played reasonably ok, restricted them to no shots at goal is decent and undone by a foul for a goal. Atwell the usual prick he is, shockingly bad officiating all over.

We look as though we have little ideas and movement off the ball centrally and Edwards is his usual no show apart from a token effort off target. We need a better midfield pair than these 2. I think Dicko for all his endeavour is having a fairly poor game, running hard without any end product and not linking with Afobe well.

We have the ability and I hope Dicko and Afobe click in the 2nd half and Sako gets more room to play. Edwards off for Price now.

I can live with falling short (if we do) as long as we have tried our best - we haven't so far today. Is still there to be won, Ipswich are nothing special, but we need to get at their back line in greater numbers more often.

Price on for Edwards & would bring Henry on for either VLP or possibly even Sako (who is really not right today) as he has a better delivery

Bit over the top, we ain't gonna get relegated.

No we aren't going to get relegated, but a defeat here and the season is over. So yes, the second half is to save our season

You have to hit the target there. Free header in the 6-yard box

People have asked why we didn't have a player on the post for the goal - having just seen it again it wouldn't have helped as no way anyone less than 7ft tall would have got to it.

Looked like a foul on Stearman anyway

Get in!!!!

Great ball from McDonald. Good work from VLP and th at Man again Afobe.

Were just about to say we have to put low crosses in and play on the ground since we have no height on our forwards....come on you wolves!!!
