Wolves - Norwich Match Thread

Douglas fires a shot just past the near post. Jota causing all sorts of trouble. Rotating well.
Doherty caught late. Ref took a while to award that whilst the fucking linesman who was 4 yards away never flagged. Twat.

Norwich defence scared of Costa when he runs at them. I think we need to play more through the middle and run at them as the diagonal balls aren't finding their targets due to Norwich's organisation.

Great break there and just the final ball from Costa letting it down.

We'll be fine without him for Reading you would think, but will be a real miss for Fulham.

Butler remarking that the "45 mins has passed really quick, normally they're a bit drawn out sitting next to you Mikey...."
He's not wrong there.
Costa running hard but the defender holds him off until it's too late for Costa to be effective.

Half Time. 2-1.

Burrows read out my tweet but deliberately skipped over my comment that Butler was a lot more positive than "time and time again" Andy Thompson...

Need to keep Saiss away from the pitch now as we don't want him getting a card as well.

Gutted about Neves he didn't need to make that challenge, Fulham game in particular just got a whole lot harder.

Ruddy's kicking is very poor - both kicks straight out of play

Neves will be a miss but 2 from Saiss, N'Diaye or MGW will be strong at this level. At least when Neves comes back he won't have it hanging over him anymorw

I really like how well we defend.

When Norwich have the ball there are lots of nothing passes. We aren't direct but we seem more incisive with our passes

I don't think Norwich will be able to maintain that level of pressing

Don't know how to cut and past pic on here but goal line tech clearly shows the first one was over the line

Saiss on for Costa - not the most obvious change

Presume N'Daiye pushed a bit further up

Well done Nick, well pasted.
If only you could have drawn a line to show where the ball actually went...

Presumably Nuno is thinking Saiss is going to play on Saturday and therefore needs match practice?
