Wolves - Derby Matchday Thread

We gave them the Steve Bull lower for some reason, instead of moving them to the North Bank quadrant. Looks $#@!e on tv, even though the rest of the ground is full

Molineux sounds full, at least.

Once Derby request over a certain amount, 1900 off the top of my head, we're obliged to put them there.

Looks like they sold out their section so fair play to them, I suppose.

Are the seats behind the goals generally considered the "best"?

Upper tier on each side are the most expensive as they have the generally considered best view.

Upper North Bank is pretty good too though.

They're cheaper because of the view, but it tends to be louder behind the goals with more singing etc. Depends what you're after from the match day experience. Billy Wright upper is easily the best view, but it's also the quietest stand by far.

Well, I meant in general, not just at Molineux.

Like, here in the states, pretty much everyone agrees that lower seats near midfield are best, 10 times out of 10.

That little flick from Baz shows the difference in footballing intelligence now compared to our style under Jackett/Lambert. Just a calm, confident little flick to ease the danger. In the past we would have blarted it somewhere and given away possession

Who's told Ryan Bennett to start trying Hollywood passes?

Comfortable as fuck that half, we don’t look like we’re particularly bothered about getting a second goal though

Bloody irritating when you can't get a ticket and there's loads of empty seats in the away end.....looks like I'm gonna need to be a member next season plus a subscription to football telly

Well we unquestionably need another goal and Bennett trying a few too many Hollywood passes, but so far so good. A relatively quiet night at the office

We don't 'unquestionably' need another goal. It would be nice to put the game beyond doubt but our defensive record suggests we are capable of seeing out games. We look far more likely to make it two than they do equalising right now.

Really good performance that. Jota was brilliant I thought.

Jota definitely the pick of the bunch so far.

16 goals this season is awesome. And he is only going to get better.

Sorry: you're right. I unquestionaly need another goal. Just want a game where I can 100% relax...

He looked far sharper than he did on Friday. I still don't think Afobe works in this system at all, he's just not good enough or clever enough on the ball. Derby have a look of a team finishing mid-table rather than a play-off team needing to win games, which is just odd.
