You could be right, but Jackson's job is as much pastoral as anything else. He could well be lining up trials to give him a soft landing when released rather than leaving him out there on his own, which is a good thing

He's only just turned 18, got to give the lad a chance.

I think he's got good tools and will be good at a lower level and the type of forward he is may be a later developer.

He's not Harry Kane level obvs but his loans didn't do him any harm.

Agreed, like I said further up the thread last week I thought he and Roberts would get further contracts, just explaining that Jackson's role is larger than just the while you are at Wolves bit

The u21s have a very real chance of being relegated. We play away at man city tomorrow in the final game of the season. Our two closest competitors, west ham & Spurs, play each other a week later and will know exactly what they both need to do to survive (unless we get a draw or beat man city, which is unlikely).

Fout goals sounds good but it’s four goals minus the amount City beat us by which could easily be two or three.

Good point. Best avoid a defeat by more than a goal against City.

If we only lose by one goal then we can’t go down. A 2 goal spurs win will have us up on GS. A 3 goal spurs win has West Ham down on GD.

If we lose by 2 then, Spurs have to win by 2.

Lose by 3 and and spurs win and it’s trouble.

Long story short, don’t lose.
