Ian Wright has just posted about his disapointment that a judge in Ireland has essentially let off a young lad who sent him racist abuse via Instagram. One of the first replies

"It's a disgrace just like David Luiz sending off last night. If the ref watched it he can see the attackers foot actually makes contact with Luiz knee not the other way round. Therefore he didn't attempt to even make a tackle so the rule should not even apply."

yep, ref's following the rules is exactly the same as someone getting away with being a racist twatsack.

Ian Wright was a customer of mine when I was a bank manager in Croydon (playing for Arsenal at that time) & one his wives (can't remember which number she was) worked for me in that branch for a bit.

Was always good fun when he came in (& he was prepared to listen to advice) though inevitably got his car towed away as he kept parking it on the red route outside the branch (& they didn't fuck around in Croydon on cars parked where they shouldn't be)
