What are you currently listening to....

Sat outside listening to "Close to the Edge" by Yes, which includes the brilliant "Siberian Khatru"

Now that is a classic frank. That and foxtrot by genesis are my two favourite albums.

Getting ready to watch Mumford close Glastonbury. Can't wait.

I saw about 5 mins of Kenny Rogers and thought it was embarrassing.
Mumford are doing alright without really being amazing.

Chase and Status seem to be a lot better than the Stones. A lot better*

*blasphemy but $#@!it

I'm glad it wasn't just me. I thought they were bang average and utterly underwhelming, especially compared to Chase and Status.

How Mumford and Sons are headlining Glastonbury is beyond me.

Chase and Status are good at what they do, but there are tonnes of acts that produce better music but lack the commercial exposure.

Any recommendations Nando?

I watched Kenny Rogers do Islands In The Stream. Embarrasing. He could barely sing in the right key.

best set of the weekend was example although i enjoyed mumford a lot

I didn't watch a single second of Glastonbury footage. I just couldn't do it.

Nope. I saw them a few months ago though so I'm not too bitter about missing them.

Mumford and Sons whole career described perfectly in one sentence.

I cannot bring myself to watch Example on tv. He makes me want to punch him in the face.

I didn't see as much of Glastonbury as I would have liked but I seemed to time it so that everytime I put it on there was somebody incredibly dull on. I was more interested in seeing the Download highlights on Sky Arts but only remembered to video last night's grrr.

Nick Cave was the best thing I saw.

In general i try to avoid watching festivals on TV. It's a bit like looking at other people's holiday snaps. Watching other people have lots of fun is never much good (porn excepted obviously).

It's also one of the presents the baby jesus got off the three wise men. Was it a type of aftershave?

Listening to some madlib beats. No Diggity by Blackstreet feat. Dr Dre.
