It's frustrating because Lage was such an attacking coach at Benfica, and our first three games were shots/chances galore.

Surely there's some middle ground between those games and this?

Podence has created the most chances per 90 mins than any other player out of the top 3 teams.

I can only guess he's rested today because of the schedule but we clearly miss him, and also the direct running of Neto. Stick those two either side of Fabio and we'd look a lot better.

Tbf his goal record sans-Felix is much worse IIRC. I was hoping it would be a coincidence, or could be mitigated by Prem talent. Hasn’t borne out so far.

When we go forward Fabio’s surrounded by 5 players with no one anywhere near him

Have to believe this is something like the plan. Constantly kicking it long at Zouma is braindead.

He's fucking wank Alan.
“Fuck (one of our players)” is never on. He’s still ours.

Say he’s been fucking wank, sure, don’t just stop at “fuck him”.

Attacking with one team with some great attacking players is different to the Challenge he has of this Wolves side and the way the squad is assembled.

Trincao has been absolutely appalling.

Every time I see him get picked I think “will today be the day?” and then every time I actually see him play I realise that he’s just not very good. So, so weak and doesn’t actually look like creating/doing anything useful what so ever.

Get Neto on at half time if Bruno insists we have to play this way.

You're right that he's got little to work with, don't see how anyone can say he's done OK though. He's been shit.
He's done more than Jimenez would have done with those two up front either side of him on current form.
