Been there done it, and the timezone difference these days is just one of multiple reasons why I shouldn't. I will say it really isnt as thankless as Kenny's humorous intro post. It isn't a bad task to be involved in

Whoever is a mod needs to be free to post however they feel, in the style they feel fit within reason. I don't know why he did, but Kenny deleted a post a couple of days ago rightly calling someone out for his usual false equivalence, in a measured manner and then deleted it. Everything he said was correct, I'm assuming he cba with any blow back.

There are also people who throw being a mod back in people's faces for emojis or comments, holding them to some higher level. Vis, Trips and Sniffer are all less profilic than they used to be, Sam has disappeared and Kenny is watching his ps and qs, Bear is at least himself. I'm sure there are individual reasons for all of that, but nobody should be considering their comments because someone might use it against them. If so, why should they bother?
