Vitor sacked

I can’t work out what Boro are trying to get out of this, they won’t let him talk to us but also won’t let him manage their team?
There is also the optics around how supporters perceive whats happening.

Like when Jeff sold Jota to Liverpool and made it really easy for them

Look if he wants to be here, at least he's not an absolute beginner and his Luton team at least seemed to give half a shite.

Out of thin air, the last 15-16 games, GON, nobody or Edwards…it’s the least awful choice

Who knows, Edwards could be The Messiah we've all been waiting for? 🤔
Born 25th December.🧑‍🎄

Boro flying now they've binned Rob...

They were always good tbf. Hayden Hackney is quality, we really should've pushed the boat out to sign him.

I know the Championship is shit but I watched Watford vs Bristol last night and I saw more from both of those teams than I've seen from Wolves this season. Really worried about how quick we drop next season, especially now we're appointing someone with a tack record of completely plummeting a PL relegation team.

It's all a guessing game because realistically you want to turn around 15+ players both in and out (once you accept that the very few good players we have will obviously leave).

I never want to see Johnstone, Sa, Bentley, Hoever, Doherty, the Bueno brothers, Tchatchoua, Munetsi, Bellegarde, Arias, Hwang or Lopez ever play for us again after this season.

His issue is going to be if he starts with 6/7/8 straight defeats, which let's face it, could happen. We're rubbish.
We better hope that doesn't happen because as you have pointed about before, clubs don't allow managers that sort of form.....then what? looking for a new manager again?

This season is done. I want/hope to see some improvement from the players on the basis that Vitor had lost the dressing room.....Edwards doesn't need to keep us up to keep his job, he just needs to be picking up a reasonable number of points, in any normal persons head of course. Once we get relegated hopefully Shi will piss off and we can make a fist of bouncing back. I just want to look forward to watching games of football again ultimately.

One of the very few I can think of is Mick at Sunderland. Took over in mid-March 2003 when they were obviously already done and lost all 9 of the remaining fixtures.

Then finished 3rd and 1st in the following two seasons.

Yep. I'm not alone in expecting Edwards to be sacked around this time next year with us in the lower third of the Championship
