Vitor sacked

As @PuntsWolf says very good chance we’re both in the same league next season.
Boro position is way over inflated if they were 10 points clear I’d understand but they’re 3rd.
Edwards comes back to where he’s from or nearby and earns a good wage. Basically wanting what most people would want.

Imagine actually breaking rules for such a mediocrity
How are clubs supposed to behave in these situations? Genuine question?

Surely as with all player/manager transactions, agents are contacted to see if it's worth pursuing, then a formal move is made. Which we did.

We all know that in theory the former shouldn't happen before the latter, but it's been like that for over 10 years. Probably 20.

It's very much meh from me... Rob Edwards seems like a really nice guy but this is such an underwhelming appointment.

I realise there will be the inevitable push back about it's where we are as a club but it's only like this due to how Fosun run and view the club.

When Fosun finally do fuck off I'd have much preferred their exit strategy to have been as a Premier League club rather than this managed decline back to the Championship...

I'm not particularly precious about the rules; manager and player recruitment is a pretty dirty business, I just find it bizarre that we're going to such lengths for such a common or garden target

I always thought it was "commoner garden" :ROFLMAO:

But yes, i agree. Carrick seems a lot simpler an appointment, but Edwards probably has the history of being a yes man to Shi, which he will love.

Neither am I, just weird when a club bleats about this sort of thing when it's really open and obvious what happens.

For example I think Romano posted that both Cunha and RAN had agreed terms with United and City before they'd even made a bid.

We didn't moan, we just bent over (particularly with RAN)

I feel like I would have been more interested in this pre O'Neil return nonsense, now in a stage where I still just dont care because of all that. As shows nothing has or will change.

Going to watch Sheffield FC at 3pm and whilst I may change my mind nearer the time, my current evening plans are to play Xbox with my kid over watching our game, which is basically something I would never even consider.

You don't want to watch Moises Caicedo singlehandedly overwhelm a midfield of Marshall Munetsi, Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Tawanda Chirewa? What's wrong with you?
