Vitor sacked

I've never seen a Robbie Keane managed team play football, but I'm for it. He's got a good record, he's won trophies, it's a proper romantic story, he's a good man and his playing career merits respect from players
I wonder if Jeff as ever heard of Robbie Keane.

I see little point in rushing the appointment when we have the International break coming up . We're hardly going to beat Chelsea either way . Keep talking to interested parties , but rushing to have it done and dusted for the fixture is not necessary .
The Premier League is still a big attraction , regardless of our position . There will still be a fair few people interested that we do not expect - and who knows , we might just get the right person .
We have a limited squad - we all know that , but those of us who are around a long time know a fair chunk of Managers who rise to this kind of a challenge , who get everyone rowing in the same direction , create a good team structure and a style of play that works and suits us .

I wouldn't mind Robbie; at least he isn't a proven failure and there's some romanticism there. He's also paid his dues in terms of coaching and putting himself out there where he can as a manager
He's very untested though . He's also very impatient as a person and that will tell against him .

Good luck with that.

Anyone who takes the job now is either an idiot or a grifter. O'Neil would've leaned more towards the grifter end of the Idiot - Grifter Scale (Officially known as the 'Saunders Spectrum').

I'll have absolutely no respect for whoever joins us now. Whoever it is will either have been lied to by Shi and will be out of the door in 6 months when he needs a new scapegoat or only here to further his own end, whether that's for a quick buck or as a brief stepping stone to a better run club.

My only hope is that whoever takes it isn't a horrible prick like O'Neil or Lage or an embarrassment like Lopetegui or Zenga. The only thing I've ever wanted is just to be proud of the club, that seems to be a wild fantasy at the moment but while Fosun don't seem to be able to fulfill that basic wish, for the rest of the season I'd settle for just feeling sorry for our manager rather than actively hating him or cringing every time they spoke.
This is the pattern though.
Nuno, Lage and O'Neil are the only managers in fosuns time who have lasted more than 12 months in the role.
Nuno was a raging success.
Lage the majority wanted binning within 12 months. O'Neil the same.

It screams incompetence at a high level.

The Premier League is a big attraction but Wolves are a club that's Premier League in name only, and that'll be remedied in a few short months.

That letter will 100% definitely work. If there's one thing we've learned throughout history, it's that the Chinese always respond really positively to threats.

Best decision GON has made in a long time for ours and his sanity.
This isn’t something to celebrate though, it’s another nail in the coffin that even our cheap desperate option doesn’t think the move is right.
It’s an absolute disgrace this that any club is doing its business like this.
Fosun don’t give a rats ass about the fans and concerns.

And he can go join Coventry next season after we've swapped places and Lampard once again fails in the Prem.
