Yes , if it is O'Neil , and they have been talking to him before Saturday , then surely it's just a case of ' where do I sign ' ? There should be no hold up if he is their man - I definitely do not want him managing my club .

Just on O' Neil - I never hated him , but I could never warm to him even when we were in a safe position in the table . It's just that he had no authority as a Manager and allowed discipline to get totally out of hand .
A Head Coach must be in charge , but stay onside with the players at the same time . That is not always easy I admit .
