Vitor sacked

The problem of GON are, most player subs during GON seassons no have motivation to work if he are the manager.

Its a crazy idea, but i think that is because are paying the salary of GON. And they dont want spend more money on a good manager.

Its same the summer market, delay the sign of new players...

Weeks ago, the club need contact and closed whit a new manager if VP dont get good results, but seem not made it: Bad planming.

You guys have a big problem of planning.

I’m not having it, there’s no way it’s going to be O’Neil, not a chance. (This post probably won’t age well).

BBC report we are also considering a Mendes manager. Looking at the possibilities there doesn’t seem to be many who might be available. But…Tiago Margarido would be a left field choice that would appeal to Mendes and Shi.

It's a weird thing to say about the executive chairman of a PL club, as (good or bad), most would be above this kind of thing, but I really think this is a personal 'fuck you' from Shi to the fans. He really doesn't give a fuck.

Some custodians.

I said earlier this is an act of spite from Shi after all the criticism he's had

I would guess there is absolutely no chance that O'Neil is coming back. It makes no sense. If he does, it would be the ultimate trolling of the fans by Fosun.

GON was a terrible coach/manager and I don't think many fans ever warmed to him (unlike Vitor who fluked 6 wins to save us and for a brief time was the messiah).

I don't think it's fair to say Vitor 'fluked 6 wins'. Credit where it's due - we played with heart and unity during that run.

It doesn't excuse what's happened this season but he looked like he knew what he was doing during that run and rightly won plaudits for it.

I don't dislike Vitor, I wish him well, it just didn't work out for him here. I would say that he had to go, but if GoN is the replacement, I fail to see the point of getting rid of him.

We do have a terrible run coming up, is it possible that we're expecting to lose the next 8 games straight and Jeff just doesn't want to burn through a real manager?

A bit more forward planning than I'd expect from Jeff & co to be honest but they must be rationalising it somehow.

Possibly, maybe GoN is a temporary manager that won't cost us anything to appoint as we're still paying him

That doesn't sound like Jeff Shi?

A man so insecure in his own skin that he'd fire the best manager that we've had in generations because he felt that the manager was getting all the plaudits that he (Shi) felt that he deserved?

A man so insecure that he'd call that manager lucky?

A man so insecure that he'd fire anyone with a semblance of backbone that isn't willing to just nod their head and take bite after bite of the shit sandwich Shi serves up?

Nah... not having it...
