Villa 0-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Precioso día, no?
Not really that is quite formal.
To be honest there is no literal translation as its not something we would say.

Guapa is very informal and more likely to be used as "Ella es Guapa" she is Beautiful
And Vale is do you agree.

Usually saying something like.
Nos Vemos a las 10 Vale
See you at 10 right?
Right is of course Derecha, but we would not use Derecha for that as it just does not sound right.

My Spanish is getting better all the time, I missed a huge chunk of lessons due to Covid.

No Hablo Español, Hablo Andaluz.
In Spanish it should be
Yo No Hablo Español
Yo Hablo Andaluz

But in Spanish you can ommit the Yo (I) as it is presumed by using Hablo.

Its really a tough language to learn

I just googled it..lol. My Arabic is better than my Spanish, and that is saying something... Inshallah and Mushallah are the 2 words i picked up so far. My Spanish is resigned to Dos beer por favor. :ROFLMAO:
In fairness i would would love to hear you speak Spanish in Glaswegian accent. That would be something..

Well people shouldn't keep defending him for reasons that aren't even there. He's been bloody awful. I'd say he gets off lightly compared to what Fabio Silva has had, and there are far more mitigating factors for the latter.

Not many teams sign an experienced striker on loan, watch them score 0 goals in 9 games (and hardly look like scoring) then keep playing them when they're obviously not going to sign permanently AND there's an alternative there.

But you keep banging that drum, he might have a shot one day.
I know it's not much, but the one thing I did like about him yesterday, was when Saiss was lying on the floor after his miss he was the one who went over to him pulled him up off the floor and had a word in his ear.
Ok any of us here could do that, but sure you know what I mean

Didn’t realise that was him. Possibly the most disappointing thing I’ve seen this season was when all of our team just left Otasowie when he missed his last minute chance. That’s not what I’d have expected from Wolves.

Yeah it struck me when I was watching it,looking at the vids over last couple of years and Saiss is at the the centre of the team craic, but it was his newest team mate who went over to him.

Then again maybe I am reading too much into this stone cold sober on a Saturday evening covid world we are all living in.

Tbf I do carry the faint odour of crustaceans

Tbf he did used to live in Glasgow in the same way as YW was once young
Which would mean he'd have a Glaswegian accent. The same as YW would still be able to suck his thumb, even though he isn't as young anymore.

I'm pretty sure YW could still suck his thumb, if he wanted to
Have a round of applause for that obvious observation.
It's pretty clear GW is capable of replying himself. It doesn't need the Mr Pedantic's to reply for him, if you get my drift..

I'm assuming you're not actually red, Victor?

Obviously you didn't make it as a comedian...... Here's a tip. Why not just let GW reply to my answer to him. I don't need a smart arse reply from someone who I didn't even reply to. The reply was directed at one person, not you, or the other guy who put up his smart arse reply.

It’s not a two man forum you know?!

Correct. Only I replied specifically to a post I made, which GW replied to specifically. Unless the other people who put up their usual smart arse comments are either GW's mother or brother then there is no need to reply to a specific post between 2 people. If Glasgow hasn't got a Glaswegian accent and he doesn't like my post then I'm sure he'll reply as such. I don't need anyone else to surmise he has one, or he is from there.
In fairness I see a lot of this shit going on here. If you don't like what I write then put me on ignore. It's seems a favourite trick on this forum from some. And if particular people don't want to hear anything else other than there own voice, then put a big disclaimer on the home page that you shouldn't join unless you only want to hear specific people's views, and read their posts.

As far as I'm aware directing a specific reply to one person really doesn't need anyone else to reply but that one individual.
