But we are embarrassed by them, we call them out as hooligans and the majority make sure that if heard the culprits in the main are called out on it and the authorities deal with it in the harshest of manners. The Bulgairans do not, instead choosing to look at other problems and blaming other people. It should be a collective responsibility as we have learnt to do.

If you're saying your country and you cannot do anything about it then your countrymen should be banned from attending any football matches in European competition along with your country being banned.

If you won't deal with the problem then you should be chucked out.

Johnny, this is the first post where I agree with you 100% percent. Bulgaria should be banned from international competition, but they wont be, because fifa are also a mafia style corporation who only cares about money.
Edit- I strongly disagree with Bulgarian nationals not being allowed to attend other football games as spectators if that is what you are implying.

I agree with our FA Chairman who saying we need to sort out the problem here as well, rather than try to focus 100% on what others do. Millwall given £10k fine after their fans racially abuse players (compare that to the fine Huddersfield got for a publicity stunt) and non league teams being fined for walking off when players are racially abused

Independant journalists tend to go missing, commit suicide with two shots to the back of the head or a target of a "random" fatal robbery, where the robbers forget take anything. A few months ago he was caught having purchased a million euro penthouse for about 150,000 euro (way below cost of actually building it) from a mafia developer. He also has another half a dozen apartments valued as several million euros. This is only what is official under his name, in Bulgaria. Keep in mind his official salary is 24k euro per year, he was broke before being in politics.
He was investigated by the offical anti mafia and corruption organization, only for the head of it (who is supposed to be fighting corruption) to also come out having purchased expensive real estate at 1/5 market price with funds that cannot be explained by salary. His deputy was then put in charge... guess what they found out about him too? Its like a bad joke.
Btw these same police that you expect to do something are out in the streets during every single peaceful protest, beating the shit out of civilians and pepper spraying them.
