I'm incredibly apathetic about the England football team, happened to be in a pub where it was on, and thoroughly enjoyed the match. If we play like that every game I might watch them more. Still not fussed if we progress though.

Think we just got complacent early in the 2nd half. Once we realised that we could let them back in we just kept the ball better and killed the momentum.
Reality Kosovo lift came from a hospital pass by Rice and Henderson ball watching. Keane and McGuire doesn’t work, almost certain Gomez will come in.
Barkley just doesn’t do enough, much rather see Maddison given a try.
Can someone not see that Pickford ain’t the number 1 keeper in the country.

Hes not even the best keeper in the squad picked. Southgate loves him.

i just got home, and wanged on the net, on the beeb Southgate was saying that errors (total fuck ups) may have been due to the intensity of the game.... FFS i just logged out, i have had a few cypros with some italian friends, but even i ain't that pissed. QWe ain't lost a qiau;ifier in a zillion years we are banging in goals like a christmas party warm up, and it was down to the intensity of the game!!!!...versus Kosovo???, fuck off Gareth your players might be stupid, but the rest of us know shit when it's stuck on the end of our shoe.

Glad Lingard has been binned (hopefully never to return) and Alli hasn't merited a place for some time so he can pop off too until he sorts himself out.

Mings and Winks are disappointing though, they are crap.

Mings has hardly been impressive the last 2 games, good that Alli has been excluded can't remember the last time he played well. As i said on previous thread if Winks didn't play for Spurs or another top 6 side he'd be nowhere near the squad.

I suppose Mings is irrelevant, he's at absolute best fourth choice in that squad so won't play (I would pick Tomori ahead of him every time too).

I accept we are short on CMs at the moment but Winks is such a nothing footballer. If Levy weren't playing his Scrooge McDuck act all the time then he'd be nowhere near a Pochettino team, he's there because Dier and Wanyama are never fit, Lo Celso is already crocked and they've spent ages not buying anyone (and shipped off Dembele). I'm sure he's a better person than Lipstick Darren but he has a lot of the same footballing characteristics - hardly ever scores, no range of passing, not mobile, can't tackle, can't run with the ball, what is it you actually do again?

Still no Walker, maybe he really has been binned off for good. Which I don't mind, we have loads of RBs and he annoys me more than anything else these days.
