The reports from Portugal to Spain from expats who have gone down has been good.

It was in Spain as well.
An example being a Spanish bar in Seville was ordered to close by the Nacionals, the Spanish owner said no as the England fans were behaving really well. 15 minutes later Police stormed with batons totally un provoked.
How do In know ? The Spanish bar owner was a relative by marriage to one of my regulars.
The bar owner said all his Christmases had come at once

In an ideal world I would be against it. The ideal world one being where referee decisions aren't constantly scrutinised by players, managers, the press, fans, pundits etc and just accepted that they will make mistakes, and move on when they do.

But I don't think that will ever be possible - so I would rather if it's going to get scrutinised then it be in a system that actually gets it right a higher percentage (which is suggested to be the case).

We've brought it on ourselves, essentially...

From the day I started earning my own money and being able to travel I have wanted to travel abroad to watch England but I’m put off every time by the sort of shit that’s going on in Porto tonight.
Always dread it when England play in nearby European countries.
