It's irrelevant how many they concede as to whether they get knocked out tomorrow. If Uruguay win then both Saudi and Egypt are out at the same time and I guess you split the prize for first eliminated. If Saudi win then no-one in that group is eliminated.

The only way Egypt win outright is if Saudi vs Uruguay is a draw.
