Trump told us 6 months ago Iran's nuclear weapons had been eliminated...so what are they bombing now? Other than girls' schools (on day 1)
Trump saying it's "very complete" but he hasn't actually told us what the objective was in the first place.
If regime change was the goal, it's nowhere near complete. You can't bomb an ideology out of existence.
And the son is the real wildcard. He's younger, more hardline, and has just watched his father be killed by the US.
That's not a man who's going to moderate. If anything, it is likely Trump may have created a more dangerous Iran, not a less dangerous one.
The military phase is the easy part. It always is. Nobody has ever successfully figured out what comes next in that region.
Iraq, Gaza, Afghanistan, Libya and now Iran....
Trump ran on ending foreign wars and America First isolationism.
He's now behind a major military campaign in the Middle East with no clear exit strategy and he's replaced a known leader with an unknown one, spent a Billion dollars a day doing it, and then says "very complete".
He's threatened Greenland, overthrown the leader of Venezuala and is choking Cuba.
He's the most dangerous "big power" leader since WW2, and him behaving like this will make Xi and Putin think "fuck it", why should they ever abide by International law ever again?
