When I got up this morning fuel was $1.82 a litre at the local servo. Just went by again and now it is $2.44. Jesus wept, that is insane.

Prices here are always volatile and as of yesterday had increased around 25% in the last couple of weeks. Went to refill today, and between pulling up to the pump and starting to pump, the cost went up another 20c a gallon.
