Trump

Plan is clearly to bomb the crap out the regime and hope for rebellion and uprising.
Problem is the revolutionary guard are horrible and ingrained into every fabric of Iranian society so a lot will just hope things resolve themselves without taking action.

And, as we all know, carpet bombing is crucial for making allies of the bombed citizenry.

Yep basically we’ve bombed your infrastructure and killed few people you care about but it was for benefit so can you be grateful pls

Carpet bombing is also against the rules of war and has been for fifty years.

You must use precise targeted guided strikes now that don't ever EVER hit schools and hospitals

Actually, that post is almost redundant isn't it?

There are two schools of thought re the laws of war. America and Israel who think they only apply to every other country, and everyone else who at least tries to respect them a bit.

Problem is also a lot of shit bag governments will move military targets close to areas where they know collateral damage will occur in an attempt to deter attacks.

I saw something that said blocking the strait of hormuz affects countries like India and china way more than the USA as those countries physically can't import as much oil

There always seems to be an oil angle to everything. Roll on renewables

When I got up this morning fuel was $1.82 a litre at the local servo. Just went by again and now it is $2.44. Jesus wept, that is insane.

What’s that equivalent to in £’s

Aussie $2.44 is equivalent to £1.29 here apparently.

We've had to ration the fuel left in our tanks at Sainsbury's, once we hit 5000 litres they're to be closed and only available to our vehicles and the emergency services.

There was no Unleaded or Diesel available at any of our three Derby stores yesterday by 3pm

You have tanks? Obviously taking the threat of military action very seriously 😉

Just fueled up at local Shell. Just shy of 48L Vpower diesel, no restrictions.

Yes. Its astonishing how many Hamas weapons caches just happened to be underneath schools and hospitals.

Haven't fuel prices shot up in the UK? Got up 20-40 cents a litre in 48h fucking rip-off merchants
