I’d be telling em to fuck off and ask why they want to come back to a shithole they left because it was unsafe, or make your way to the first safe country if you’re a refugee, or pay your own way with the money saved by not paying taxes.

Numerous other factors America especially is huge economic tie for a lot of countries.
Secondly a lot of countries won’t see regime change in Iran as a bad thing.
Also if you’re not directly affected you won’t see it worthwhile to get involved.
