No one is a tax dodger in Dubai since you don’t pay income tax. It’s pretty much my least favourite place in the world, but having been there many times it’s a pretty nasty thing to say.

Dubai is an awful place. I've heard it described as 'Birmingham in the desert where everyone has won the lottery', and every time I go there that idea is reinforced.
