Donald Trump said Palestinians have no alternative but to leave Gaza, as he reiterated calls for relocating Palestinians from the territory to neighbouring countries Jordan and Egypt.

Trump, speaking from the White House, claimed Palestinians would “love to leave Gaza”, Reuters reports.

“I would think that they would be thrilled,” he said.

Al, I don't write this because I want to try and talk you out of your feelings or minimise mental health but I think it'd be a really good idea if you can try and detatch yourself from the news for a few weeks. Stuff is bad and going to get worse, on a macro level. If you don't try dull down how it impacts you then it could do you some real damage. And unfortunately, the cost benefit analysis doesn't stack up - you can't change it, so try not to let it in.
