I often talk with Mexicans, and my wife speaks Mexican Spanish - and I still pronounce his name wrongly more often than not.
Firstly Raul is (almost) two syllables. It is not Roul (as in round), but Ra-ul. The bit I get wrong is to emphasise the 'ul' too much.
Secondly Himenez. HiMEnez. Stress the second syllable. British commentators always stress the first syllable. Not Heemenez, and definitely not Heemeneth
