I’m so frustrated with this. I play my PS4 more than my Xbox so I think I may sell the Xbox and treat myself to a PS5.
I can then play Ghosts of Tsushima and the new Assassins Creed without worrying if I can ever switch the bloody console on!

Feels like the only difference is the actual power circuit in your house. Not ideal, but can you take it to a friend's or neighbour's house and try it there?

Thanks. I think you may be right although its something that's never happened before in the 20 years we've lived here.
