Percy suggesting the Perez deal is more like £16m - which would be very astute business by Leicester. He's also reporting that they're "close" to signing Tielemans for £40m.

Sounds very much to me that they've resigned themselves to losing Maguire and are splashing the cash. Tielemans would be an excellent signing and I'd love him here.

Don't really see that making the best of him, think that sort of lack of certainty around his position at Newcastle is part of the reason he's often looked so hit and miss. Think he's got to be either a genuine centre forward or perhaps a slightly withdrawn role behind another forward but I'd rather pick Vardy or Maddison first choice for those positions.

Atletico won't be paying all of it at once. They paid €30M to Benfica at the moment and Benfica is receiving the remaining €96M through a factoring business, while Atletico will be paying that factoring in chunks to a financial institution.
