The Things You Are HAPPY About Thread.

Not being a DIY person myself, i did the same myself a few years ago when we lived in Wolverhampton, installed only 6 downlighters and was extremely pleased with myself. But to be honest i usually crack open the bubbly when i change a light bulb!

With this crazy weather, I am so glad I am not at the Lights switch on.

You'd have been on your own anyway chick...it was last night.

Being told by the doctor that I can come off my tablets. Hello to not falling asleep randomly in the middle of the day!

Although generally this means that I am better, which is definitely a good thing.

How come you fall asleep mate? Sleep apnoea? I've got apnoea and have to sleep with a machine for the rest of my life.

My ex girlfriend slept with a machine for the last few months of our relationship. Probably not the same thing though.....

Side effects of my anti-depressants. I've been on them for 18 months.

HAPPY that it is Friday and I have finished work for a week off, and I go to Amsterdam next week.

Very happy with my new Garmin Sat Nav!

Sadly my old Tom Tom passed away last week after 8 years of great service, very reluctant to buy anything but a Tom, but the new Garmin is actually very good value and a bargain at only $60!
Also the good MrsUKY went black friday buying last night, home before midnight and spent less than $450 on a new Sat Nav, 32" TV for the kids room, a vacuum cleaner, double DVD player for the car, 2 scooters, a BluRay player, a slow cooker, 2 XBox games and 18 towels (she says we can never have too many towels!).

I went shopping this morning and came home with 3 tubs of Bisto gravy granules....Happy days!

I hate the fact that printer ink costs more than the printer!!
Found myself on Tottenham Court Road today so bought myself a really expensive printer. Problem solved.

Oh, 12 months then. To be honest most things in 2011 just blur into one.

Not sure I should be happy, but it just made me laugh.

Micro comes down from bed asking for a hot water bottle. I go to fill the bottle as he sits with his mother in front of the telly. Russell Howard's good news. What could go wrong?

One scene where it looks like Postman Pat is being bummed to death later and my question was answered. Looking forward to explaining that one....
