The things that I really, really like thread...

The support of my friends and family to make me return to being a fully functioning, rational, reasonable adult. And this place has helped too, so cheers.

You have given me a few deserved bollockings for my punctuation. But you always come across as a very rational and reasonable adult.

Came across this cracking little tip for kids... especially if your kids are into Halloween...

Get a load of bendy straws - the straight ones with an inch of bendy bits near the top, put them into a glass and secure with an elastic band.
Make a jugful of red jelly, the darker red the better, and pour it carefully into the bendy straws up to the top.
Let it set, then... pour hot water over them and they'll all slide out onto a plate and they look exactly like a plate of worms!
Kids'll love that!!

I feel like I've tried most things on the menu at Roseville Bistro :icon_lol:

The fact that the smell of bacon cooking for some reason always smells even better on a Sunday morning than say a Wednesday.

Nearly 6 o clock at night , nearly into October, and still warm enough to sit out in ya cossie :)

I really really liked Saturday. Great game, first half, and final result followed by drinks in the Giffard, George Wallis (Litten Tree), Goose, Billy Wright, Moon, back to Goose then back close to home to the King Charles.
