One of my favourite posters on any forum ever, loads of interesting stories and facts and very witty. He is also really sound in real life.

The bones are horrible if you miss getting them all out and happen to crunch down on them.Bones are easy to remove before you eat it. If you miss any then they are soft enough not to even notice.
I do have them on sarnies with the dreaded SC, yes. Or in a salad.
It doesn't really smell at all. Certainly not compared to yellow fish.
I can do the above with a can of tuna but with the salmon you have to get the bones out and the black mushy skin that's in it. Plus, it STINKSYep.
Red salmon with salt, pepper, vinegar, salad cream or mayo on brown bread with cucumber.
