A very strange week indeed. Not one player moved up or down the table as scores were all quite similar and low. For the second week running Frank was the weeks leading scorer (13 points) but unfortunately he now props up the table as the Tarquin has been removed. He at least has hope of catching a few of the ones above him who are now within striking distance. Tony Towner still leads the way and will take a fair bit of catching as there are only 6 weeks left and he has a 19 point lead.

With four rounds left, just like at Molineux, the Champagne is on ice for what looks to be the title for the current leader Tony Towner as he again extends his lead at the top. Only Darlo moved up a place this week thanks to the weeks highest score of 18 points.

Another good week for Mr Parkin who top scored with 18 points and moved up a place in the table. A special mention for Pavlos who also moved up a place in the table thanks to Fred's no show but also because he was the only player to correctly (or not!) predict that Sunderland would beat Chelsea. I could do with a few Cypro's before my next set of predictions as I keep allowing Tony Towner to extend his lead at the top.

Thanks to no shows from Pavlos and Fred, Frank is off of the bottom of the table. Darlo surged up the table thanks to this weeks top score of 20 points and Lemon Jelly now has the runner up spot in his sights. Tony Towner will claim the title unless he has some sort of KTEC type of meltdown and gets banned for abusing other members and even then his lead of 31 points might still be enough to see him crowned as champion.

Congratulations to Tony Towner who is the TWF Prediction League Champion this season with a total of 493 points. Bandy just pipped Astoria to the final Champions League place and Frank staged a Sunderland type late charge to climb out of the relegation zone. Frank was again this weeks top scorer with 19 points.
