At least nobody said the toss that is saving private Ryan (the first 40 minutes are alright though)

Saving Private Ryan is an excellent film.

The first 40 minutes are good, if a little inaccurate.

Yeah Saving Private Ryan is decent, I just not keen on Tom Hanks for some reason.

Saving Private Ryan is okay ish once it gets going. Too many comedy moments in the opening scene ruins it a bit.

Ah no way. Das Boot is a classic. He certainly enjoyed making marine based movies, The Perfect Storm, Poseidon too.
In the line of Fire and Enemy Mine were good watches too
