Mahhh.. As I said a few months ago, he was fucking soo determined to get healthy and promote the new LP (which is great) and had such enthusiasm and energy for life.
Gutted, such a top bloke.

Absolutely gutted. He was and The Beat were a huge part of my teenage years. I got to see The Beat ft Rankin Roger and his son Rankin Junior just 2 years ago at The Cluney in Newcastle. Sandra and I were right at the front of the stage and center throughout the gig and we met both Roger and his son after the gig. He was an absolute idol for me and it is such a great loss... RIP

Yeah, The Beat made some great singles and 'I Just Can't Stop It' is one of my favourite albums.
RIP Ranking Roger

Tommy Smith aged 74. Say whatever you want about Liverpool sides over the years, but what a legendary hard as nails player.

Tommy Smith - not the best footballer of that time, but a real leader & hard as nails in an era when you could be.

RIP (638 games for them which is more than impressive)

Ian cognito the comedian died live on stage, doing his gig,he just sat down and lay back in a chair,by the time the audience realised he was ill,it was too late

RIP Tommy Smith.
I played against him in a celebrities testimonail many many years back. he was hard as hell but a fantastic bloke, and we had a few serious beers afterwards.

Having just read a few articles about him it's a good job you weren't black Pav, you'd have got a different reaction from him.

Pete Cashmore, one of the most intelligent and interesting people who I had the pleasure to meet.

So sad to hear that despite his natural intelligence and wit, he failed to beat his biggest demon. RIP mate

Damn good friend, watch his battle raps to see him at his happiest, countdown to see him at his most natural

His lecture he gave me on why you shouldn't push the lime down on Corona is still infuriating!

Very sorry for your loss mate.

Intelligence and talent doesn't come into it with this kind of battle I'm afraid (as I know only too well).

I know you've had your own battles, just don't loose the fuckers.

I'd be well pissed off!

It's something I have to fight every single day and some days are a lot harder than others.

Everyone tells me I'm doing alright though, so I'm either a world class actor or it's ok.
