I love the interface on Sky Q. I just can't stand their customer service, or lack of.

Can't really remember really. tbh I don't mind it that much, its just clunky and really, really blue.

Edit - plus I really don't like the idea that BBC 4k content should be prioritised for viewing on a very expensive box!!

I don't like the Sky Q interface at all. Probably in the minority, but I thought TiVo was far better.

Seriously?? TiVo is awful!

But even that is better than the BT TV interface. It's worse than Mol Mix's new look.

As far as the EPG and recording facilities, TiVo was bang on. SkyQ is a mess.

Also, it annoys me that if you change channel to a programme you are recording half way through, you can't just rewind to the start via the EPG. You have to go through the menus to pick up the recording from there. Silly, but very irritating.

I use the TV for all apps and catchup stuff, so viewing and recording is all I need the set-top box for.

SkyQ interface is ghastly compared to the standard HD box.

And Machin is right, Tivo was much better! It actually did Series Links properly, and remembered them forever, for starters.

I prefer Sky Q over tiVo, more recordings and watch at the same time
Download to my Phone / Tablet/ PC
Move my Mini box around the house
Pause in the living room and watch in the bedroom
I don't mind the EPG
Do agree it would be better to be able to rewind something instead of going through EPG
Why are you even looking at Mesh, that's an engineers tool.

if you get poor customer service let me know, our cust srevices is far better than anyone else in our industry, just look at the Ofcom reports....
as I said if you get som eshit eCustomer service, let me know, i'll get it looked into

TiVo is miles better than Sky. If you don't like TiVo get the new V6 box or whatever it is, you can record every single channel while watching them all at the same time. Wicked.

I hated my TiVo box when I had it last year. I much prefer my Sky+ box. It's a lot smoother and easier to navigate.

I'm not very technological though, I don't even know what 4K is!

Icardi left at home too. Their backline is truly shocking though - Fazio, Masherano, Rojo. They won't be troubling the business end of the tournament
