I don't attribute any more blame to either side, not trying to win almost out of necessity is little different to not trying to win because you just can't be arsed to put the effort in.

Neither team did anything to actually turn that into a game, it was pathetic.

Very true. I hope we have our focus solely on that game and not on further rounds - if Russia can beat Spain, fuck knows what else can happen. Just concentrate on Colombia.

You can't afford to look beyond the next game, it's so true. It is what Nuno did so well last season. Hopefully Southgate has the same mentality.

The fact Spain left both Koke and Busquets on really summed up their mentality. Why you need two defensive midfielders against a team showing no attempt to win is beyond me.
