Just wanna forget about the sweden game if im honest. We lost with a man advantage in the last kick of the game because of a stupid tackle. We could have at least got a point i think. Afterwards Jimmy Durmaz received about 3000 messages on instagram, many racist ones. The team made a statement and he held a speech, #fuckracism..

You lost because your shithouse manager decided to put XI men behind the ball and play attack v defense when the Germans took off defenders so all they could do was attack. I'd be furious with your manager rather than a player who isn't even a defender.

I think in those cases most managers wanna defend a little higher but it's a natural thing you see in most matches unfortunately. Best thing to do imo is to defend a lot higher up because anything can happen when defending so low.

Then don't put a winger on, put two full backs on the wings and get them to tuck in/ push out as necessary. It's garbage management, he's not alone as I think most national managers are pretty poor.

I think we'll leave Walker out as he's on a yellow and cards don't get wiped until after the second round has been completed. Cahill to come in. I'd rather play Dier there, but he won't. At least Big Stiff Gary isn't Big Dreadful Phil Jones (seriously, why on earth is he in the squad).
