The important thing is not to take the foot of the Panamanian throat at all. Send a message to Belgium by absolutely crushing this lot.

(And at the same time scare the shit out of the Group H teams looking at second round opponents)

As a final point, with the difficult situation in the groups for both Brazil and Germany being resolved before that Belgian game it is hugely helpful to have draw odds in England's favour, to have complete control of the destiny in the draw for the quarter final.
