Iceland have been thoroughly outclassed, but they can go home with great pride. Their team and fans have been superb, and have far exceeded expectations

Exactly. I like watching football and I want to watch the rest of the tournament without England being mentioned every 5 fucking minutes.

Facebook is awash with it -"shows how shit we are" etc etc etc.

Boo fucking hoo. It happened almost a week ago, the tournament continues and - amazingly - life goes on.

It's dragging the rest of the tournament down to bring England up so fucking often. We're a complete irrelevance and have been since Tuesday (a day allotted for post mortem, finger pointing and lots of 'fucks' uttered across cyberspace).

The trouble is Langer's it was such a shocking performance and result fans are in disorientation! The need to keep venting to get to equilibrium. Its human nature
 
It was nearly a week ago, for goodness sake. Get your vent over and concentrate on trying to find a Welsh relative
 
I'll happily still vent about it, it was an absolute catastrophe. But I don't see the relevance when there's another game going on, and most of the output is wanky negativity dressed up as "world weariness" and "gallows humour". Nothing substantial to contribute, tiresome to hear and read.
