I can't understand when seeing someone run up, no stutter, blast it and score why a player thinks it would be a great idea to jog on the spot beforehand.
 
Ridiculous penalty, I was so angry with him and Pelle with his ridiculous attempt at mind games with Neuer.

Saying that, Italy go home with heads held high after a decent tournament where we bossed favourites Belgium and Spain but last night I felt Germany were the better side and deserved their win
 
How is Sissoko getting in that France team?

Also Mangala has now been overtaken by not one but two defenders who weren't even in the original squad. Must be pulling out some serious skillz in training.

Shouldn't matter that much. Only weirdos like LvG pick centre halves like that. Much more likely that he's finally twigged that Mangala is pony and not to be trusted.
 
I think the only other team against whom I've seen Giroud beat an offside trap is Villa at their very worst under Lambert, which doesn't augur well for Iceland.

I have started a conspiracy theory saying that the French had us drugged before the match in order to ensure that they can get through to the semis.

It works for me.
 
Same routine as against England almost gets Iceland back in it. You sense that really needed to go in.
 
I dont know why but I am feeling bloody annoyed by this game. No actually I feel a bit cheated! Iceland are being shown up for the side they really are by France when they should have had that happen to them last Monday. They did not fluke that win against England. They beat us fair and square. They dont look at the races tonight so far
 
Iceland fans are still in fine voice, even if they lose tonight, their team has done them proud.
