Reality is at 1-0 with 11v11 I thought England would have won the game. But if your tactic is to just hoof it long upfield and bring on Calvert Lewis and Abraham with the brief to defend what the hell do you expect.
Sunday league decision making and call me harsh but it’s the players at bothroyd disposal that’s got him this far not his tactical nous.

The general shape and tactics he had from the start were ok (although he didn't get the personnel right in the front three). But once we went down to 10 men it was impossible to fathom what we were even trying to do. For about five minutes we played Foden as a false 9 and then brought on two strikers who only ever play up front, took off the wide men and asked them to play as second full backs, while parking Maddison in front of the back four, and had no-one up front.

Mason Mount looked like a proper showpony and totally the wrong man to bring on in that situation.

Sessegnon is going to be a very lucky boy if he gets a move. I have no idea what he is supposed to be. He hides, he can't beat a man, he actually doesn't offer anything defensively despite spending some of his upbringing as a full back/wing back and generally looks shit scared when anyone goes near him.

I didn't see the game, but Barnes is better than Gray or Seasegnon and both DCL and Abraham are better number 9's than Solanke.

Absolutely no issue with it existing but it isn't even pub standard. It shouldn't be televised at all. It's the equivalent of watching me and Kenny have a game of snooker and sticking it on BBC One.

Aside from not adding enough time on at the end what did she get wrong then?

Scotland were 3 up in the 2nd half.Argentina pull it back to 3-2, then get a penalty via VAR. Penalty saved and cleared, goes back to VAR and award a retake for keeper off her line which was scored. Ref blows up almost immediately in added time and about 7 minutes goes astray and not added back on.

I absolutely agree with this. Can't even remotely get interested in something that is such a poor standard. Have tried watching a couple of games but can't do much more than 20 minutes. Also it's bloody irritating when they compare it to the mens game. Saw something about Marta being the highest scoring Brazilian at a World Cup and now the highest scorer from all nations with the mnes top scorers involved, yeah because what she has done really compares to Ronaldo and Klose doesn't it.

Like you said i have no problem with it existing and there are lost of very good women footballers but if people are honest the overall standard especially of the games is beyond dreadful.
