Viila/Grealish think he can pick the ball up off the centre halves and dictate play. He can't. Put him behind the forward and he can have an influence. Seems to be over indulged,.a bit like Afobe in the last 6 months before he left. Indulge the players ego rather than what's best for the team

It’s what’s infuriating about VAR, Bournemouth shout was a clear as the one given for Southampton. So with got VAR but still got inconsistencies.
