how many reds are record in professional football?

Terrible decision imo. He’s made contact with his elbow but he’s not elbowed him. They can’t show referees slowmo replays if they send them to the screen, it just isn’t a true representation of what has happened.

It’s soft, but if it’s deemed he’s meant it (I think he has), then it has to be a red. Also think slow mo helps him, looks quite forceful in real time as you see the Westwood’s head shake.

File it with pushes to the face, squaring up to a player and flick out of the leg as minimal contact but gives the ref a decision. The fact a full on nut would be the same punishment makes it soft, so if you’re going to react, do it properly!

Burnley annoy me so much. They are such a nothing side yet have managed to go on a run where they have lost just 1 in 15.

Well drilled, well organised, the players all know the game plan (that works)and just the right amount of shithousing.

It works, but it doesn't take much for it not to. If Dyche is indeed off at the end of the season then I'll think they'll struggle next season.

I'm not sure where Dyche would go. If Newcastle get new owners then they'll want someone sexier, I don't think West Ham will bin Moyes now, he won't go back to Watford. Only leaves Villa which would involve them staying up and still binning Smith

They are also trying to sneak into a European spot with a goal difference of -7. That annoys me too.

They are without 4 of their usual starting 11 as well. Now I wouldn't want any of Mee, Barnes, Taylor or Cork at Molineux but the fact they can be without so many and still pick up results is a testament to how well drilled they are

They were playing Norwich though who realistically have given up now

5. In other news Arsenal are winning which isn't exactly ideal

It's a cup game not a league game though.

OK but it's only the semi-final. They haven't won it yet. Nor today.

I thought Mustafi played sterling before he got the ball. I don't know what a penalty is anymore
