Ds, there's the difference, i peel mine so with a nob of butter and a splash of brown sauce they're perfect.
Would never put brown sauce on mids with their jackets on.

Roast potatoes definitely peeled, par boiled and then into the oven. Baked potatoes are usually skin on.
