peshwari naan UUUUGGGHHHHHHH ! :)

Leg of Lamb, minted peas, glazed baby carrots, roasted parsnips, red skinned mashed tata, gravy, mint sauce.

Yes. In a pan. No idea.

Well there you go then. A lot depends on what animal the liver has come from, and how its cooked, how long its cooked for, and how you serve it.

It wouldn't make any difference. I find it utterly revolting.

With Bear on this one. Liver is vile

I had a lovely chicken caesar salad earlier with a nice glass of red.

Liver needs to be cooked properly otherwise it will taste horrible & tough.

A liver & bacon hotpot with onions & potato etc is lovely, but needs to be cooked for the right amount of time

I'm having 3 glasses of red with me liver .

Not sure if there is a proper wine that compliments liver, but fuck it it's been a crap day and I've only got Fish Eye.

Not quite dead on topic but close...
We're having our friends round for dinner next weekend.
They're from Lithuania.
We're gonna do slow roasted (4 hours) lamb shanks, those little triangular carrots glazed with peas and roasted (in duck fat) potatoes.
Then we're really going to look forward to the return fixture...
No idea what soever what they're going to cook for us...
Anyone know what their national dish is?

Liver is magic, if it's done right.

estofado de pollo

Feta cheese and herb omelette. I had this last night and it was delicious, so I'm having it again tonight. Only takes five minutes as well.

Fresh herbs from the garden - basil, parsley and rocket - all chopped up, then folded up in to the omelette with the feta.
