The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

That, and we are using up everything in the freezer and cupboards as the house we have put an offer on is now in under writing, scheduled close 30th Jan! :O SO trying to save a few pennies here and there!

But as for tea tonight....
As we enjoyed it so much we are having baked fish again with squash, zucchini, baby tomatoes, wilted spinach, and boiled taters again!

Pork cooked with a sprinkling of rosemary & sliced onion plus stuffing, roast parsnips, peas & roast pots
 
Pork schnitzels with mash, fried onions, and beans.
 
Albongidas with chorizo sauteed potatoes. Delicious.
 
Liver and bacon, with fried onions, peppers(red and green) garlic, peas and roast potatoes, with home made gravy of course. Liver cooked medium rare, just as i like it.

It was brilliant, the liver was cooked to absolute perfection, like a fillet steak, still pink inside and just melted in the mouth. I may have it again tonight it was so tasty.
Had liver, onions, mash and gravy last night, gorgeous ! You know when you clear your plate, without realising it :)

ps. trying had not to crack a 'pink inside' gag !
 
Do you cook ya liver in the oven, or in a frying pan ?
