The Goggle Box Thread

Poor take man, she's brilliant.
Don't think her stuff is my thing at all, she brings out the worst in John Robins when she does stuff with him too.

As I say she was just horrible on House of Games. Wasn't like playing up to a character or being edgy, just unpleasant. Very offputting.

Pretty sure they are, her presence makes him pretty insufferable on the radio though.

Have yet to watch this, but she was a spoilt petulant brat on Taskmaster.
I don't agree with this. As I said I think she can be a bit strange, but spoilt and petulant? No, I think maybe her humour has missed the mark with you there, I don't think she's that at all.

I don't think it's shtick, I don't think it's a question of sense of humour. The way Taskmaster is filmed gives a more candid portrayal of a person.
The way she reacted when things didn't go her way way showed her to be an unpleasant person.
If you like her, fine. I'll still give this show a watch and see how goes.

Don't know much about her but saw her driving across Iceland with Ed Gamble on World's Most Dangerous Roads last night

It's a bit of a spoiler but this is one of the funniest things on Last One Laughing. How Daisy May Cooper survived I'll never know:

Just watched Bob's magic show. He really is a national treasure.

I remember Vic and Bob as a kid when my Dad would watch Shooting Stars and never really liked Vic. Bob on the other hand is hilarious. I rewatch his Would I Lie To You bits every so often.

Bob’s a genius. Harriet Kemsley is the odd one out - a bit unfair putting her alongside the others.

I guess they wanted someone who is fairly new and up and coming. She has still had some funny moments, but she's definitely punching above her weight a bit being with some of the people in there.

We’re definitely going to watch Last One Laughing. The clips I’ve seen look really funny.

Is it suitable for us to watch with our 13 year old daughter?

I think so - there are a few rude jokes but nothing too bad. I've been watching with my 14 year old daughter and she loves it (she's also tried not to laugh but isn't very good at it....)

Are you mixing your Stephen Grahams up Del? Adolescence was one take not Thousand Blows
