The Goggle Box Thread

Berlin on Netflix, halfway through and it’s just a lighter, slightly more humorous Money Heist. Which isn’t a bad thing.

Up to episode 6 of Kin, another great series, enjoying it so far. Dublin crime family the Kinsellas up against crime boss Eamon Cunningham played by Ciaran Hinds

This may be controversial, but I quite like The Traitors. Largely because it very much plays into my enjoyment of social deduction board games like Blood on the Clocktower, Secret Hitler, The Thing and The Werewolves. It can be annoying when you know who the traitors are and the other players are just being useless at working it out. But it is interesting.
It’s brilliant tv (The Traitors). Really enjoying it.

Australian traitors series 2 was ace. Looking forward to watching series 2 of UK and USA when they pitch up on 10 play next week.

I have no idea if you can see Oz version but the final episode was great fun. One traitor was so obvious the whole series and was so sure he was getting the money. His face when he was backstabbed at the final showdown was great.

Finished Fargo season 5 last night. Back on form after the mess of season 4 (which I didn't think was terrible, but overly complicated and a bit meandering). Defo one to recommend 👍

I don’t think I even watched 3, I couldn’t stand season 2. Might give it a go.

Berlin was really good, finished it last night.

I jacked in halfway through S3 which just bored me.

I have however got S5 queued up as I'm a fan of Juno Temple and Jon Hamm.

First episode of True Detective season 4 was decent, sort of had a very loose Fortitude feel to it, not just with the frozen landscapes either, it seems as if it may have more than a bit of a supernatural element to it.

Traitor’s tonight 😂😂😂😂😂
I don't watch it so this isn't a spoiler and Holly is working a shift at the pub at the moment but my wife and daughter hate some bloke called Paul, it's all I hear around the house.

If you like Kin, look for Love/Hate. Proper gritty real crime drama set amongst the Dublin feuding gangs.

Was far superior to Kin and had a few more seasons too.

Juno Temple is sensational in it. Deserves all the awards for her performance. Couldn't believe it was the same actress from Ted Lasso.
Jon Hamm was also excellent.
Season 5 was probably my second favourite after the first season.

Thanks will do, seen it mentioned in relation to Kin a few times.

Just watched first 2 episodes of Kin Series 2.

Uncle Bren is a nasty piece of work, bit different to Uncle Bryn!
