The Goggle Box Thread

Can’t remember who recommended, probably Booz, but I’ve finally got round to watching Fauda and it’s ace.

I watched One Piece over the last few days on Netflix. It's a bit silly, like a cross between Kung Fu Panda and Pirates Of The Caribbean, but it's based on a Manga that is apparently the same. Entertaining enough but a bit daft.

Loads of news stories/ opinion pieces appearing on the x files, which started 30 years ago.

Fauda is just banging. When you’ve finished it watch Hit and Run. Lior Raz (Doron) is in it and it’s absolutely brilliant.

I know Laura Kuenssberg ain’t everyone on here’s cup of tea but I’m finding her documentary State of Chaos fascinating.

I've only seen episode one and it's exasperating more than fascinating (there isn't really any new information).

She had the opportunity, I would argue duty to hold these people to account when they were obviously lying and breaking any number of conventions and didn't.

Recently started watching The Rig (always late to the party me) really enjoying it.

A 5th season of Fauda has been greenlit.

Unfortunately it looks as though season 2 of Hit and Run has been cancelled.

On the last season of Succession already. Damn good TV! Not really sure who I'm rooting for or how it will end - not really sure what the happy ending would be as there's so much rivalry and backstabbing ha.

Can’t wait for that next season of Fauda. No idea why they’d cancel Hit and Run though, it was class. Netflix are proper bellends.

With the last strike they just gave up on some series instead of picking them up again after.

Production costs associated with filming in NY and Israel is the main issue I believe.
